Plant Capacity and Capability

We can produce an average of 1200 metric tons a month of various fabricated steel products. We are the only steel fabrication plant that is fully computerized in the country.

  • Fully automated drilling system for beams, channels, angles and heavy plates designed to work in conjunction with cold saws and raw material handling systems. It can process a beam height of 2500mm maximum and 1000mm maximum width with a maximum drilling capacity of 75mm thick and 40mm diameter hole at the maximum. It has a maximum positioning weight of 8000kg with simultaneous axes, 2 horizontal drill heads, 1 vertical drill head and 3 spindles for drill heads.
  • Fully automated flame cutting line for castellating of beams of beams with robot overall dimensions of 2500mm long and 3600mm wide x 3700mm high and can process 1220x450mm maximum size of H-beam and a cutting volume of 1220 x 450 x 800. It has one torch, 3 spindles and nine controlled axes.
  • Fully automated gusset drilling / punching system for gusset plate, base plates, splice plates and other detailed plates. It can process a plate with maximum width of 750mm and maximum length of 2000mm with a maximum drilling capacity of 100mm thick and 50mm diameter hole at the maximum. It has 100 ton capacity punch with maximum thickness of 22mm and maximum diameter of 26 mm.
  • Fully automated gas / plasma shape cutting machine (nesting) with 2400mm cutting widths and 3600mm cutting length with one plasma station and two oxy fuel torch stations. It has also Burny 3 CNC microprocessor control with full color graphics.

These CNC machines ensures accuracy and precision in our production process.

Our total lot area in Cainta is approximately 5.5 hectares with a covered fabrication area of 28,000m2 and a galvanizing plant of 1,854m2 which can be reactivated anytime for large projects.
Equipment

We have complete equipment for welding, gas cutting, drilling, punching, sawing, shearing, grinding, pressing, machining, roll forming, rolling, painting, surface preparation and finished coating. We also have equipment for destructive testing and non-destructive testing such as dye penetrant and Ultrasonic testing, like Parametric Epoch, Krauttframer USN 52-2 and Krauttkramer USK 75-1.
